Description

P.J. Mack is the stage name of Bruce county resident Pat McNinch. He is a veteran entertainer with over thirty years’ experience fronting different bands in Europe and Canada.

In the 1970s and early 80s, he spent more than twelve years with the country/folk trio “THE PILGRYMS” playing clubs, cabarets, and festivals throughout Belgium, Holland, France, Germany, and Luxemburg. The group represented Kentucky at travel and trade shows which led to a one-month tour of Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.

After moving to Canada in 1984, he co-formed mid-western Ontario’s premier country band “YESTERDAY’S WINE”. The band performed at festivals, radio telethon’s, concerts, and shows from Manitoulin Island to Allegheny, New York. They also spent a week in Nashville, Tennessee where they performed at the Nashville Palace, the Ramada Inn, and on the Grand Ol’ Op’ry stage.

In 2017, after working with several other bands, he started a solo career as a singer/songwriter and solo performer. In 2019, he began performing in retirement homes and nursing homes throughout Bruce, Grey, Huron, and Wellington County.

Drawing from his musical background, and with the help of computer technology, PJ performs a gentle mix of classic country, country rock, and old-time favourites.

Recorded at Orange Street Studio and Quiet fox Studio in Walkerton, ON.
